Digital Brand Kit – Terms & Deliverables
By purchasing any of our Digital Brand Kits (Basic, Curated, or Signature), you agree to the following terms, expectations, and project policies:
1. Scope of Services
Each Brand Kit includes the specific services and deliverables outlined on the product page at time of purchase. Services not listed are not included and may require a separate quote and agreement. Custom add-ons or modifications beyond the original scope are available at a standard rate of $100/hr.
2. Timeline & Client Responsibilities
You will receive your intake form via email immediately after purchase. You must submit the form within 48 hours to stay on schedule. Once submitted, you will receive a link to book your Clarity Call, which marks the official project start.
Estimated timelines:
Basic Kit: ~2 weeks
Curated Kit: +1 additional week (after Basic)
Signature Kit: +1 additional week (after Basic + Curated)
Turnaround times depend on prompt responses during the revision process.
3. Revisions & Final Approval
Each kit includes:
2 rounds of revisions
Final file delivery upon approval
To ensure we meet the timeline:
Feedback must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving drafts
Additional revisions outside of the included rounds will be billed at $100/hr
We reserve the right to consider the project complete after final delivery and client approval.
4. File Delivery & Design Integrity
Final deliverables will be shared digitally via email and/or Google Drive.
You will have full usage rights to the final designs once approved and paid in full. However, we respectfully request that you do not alter, distort, or modify the final designs (such as colors, spacing, resizing, or reformatting) without our assistance, as this can compromise brand consistency.
For adjustments or repurposing, we are happy to help at our standard rate.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
If you choose to cancel before submitting the intake form, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, minus a 10% admin fee. You can submit a Refund Request.
6. Intellectual Property
You own the final approved designs for use within your business.
We retain the right to feature your brand kit in our portfolio, website, or promotional materials (unless you request otherwise).
Any fonts, graphics, or third-party assets used will include proper licensing based on your use.
7. Communication & Support
Ongoing communication will happen via email, and we aim to respond within 1 business day.
Need more design or tech support? We offer custom design projects and follow-up support at $100/hr.

- Canva help & support
